Each new resident that joins us at Camelot of Broussard Assisted Living has an opportunity to meet with our dietitian to review their individual nutritional needs. Consultation with medical staff is also part of this process. Any special dietary requirements are then arranged with our kitchen to ensure the resident’s meals conform to their physician’s guidelines.
